Propane and air flow control

I am modifying my large smoker to have a propane back up that I want to cut on if the temp falls below 180 degrees and cut off when it reaches 200.  I also want the same controller to control the fan to maintain a temp of 200 to 220.  Can I do that with one controller?  Or, am i trying to do too much?  My thinking is the air control will keep the heat as even as possible for the longest possible time.  But if I fall asleep on a long cook and the wood fuel isn't enough to keep the temp up, the propane will kick in.  Any and all thoughts are appreciated.

Thanks,

You can use the controller SYL-2362. Set the J2 relay as main output for the fan (set outy to 4). Set the Hy to 20, SV=220. Use relay AL1 for the propane valve: set AH1=200, AL1=180. Please note that the J1 and J2 are "dry" switches. There's no power on them. You need to introduce the power for the fan and valve to the relays.

You can also you the controller SYL-2342 (or SYL-2342P). Or SYL-2372 (or SYL-2372P) if the it's a small AC fan. The built-in SSR of the 2372 can handle up to 2A.

Thank you!

I have one more question.  I also have an electronic damper that i would like to be controlled as well.  I would want it completely open from 0 to 150 degress and slowly close down to help maintain the temp until it would completely close at 250 degrees.  I still may be asking too much for one controller.

Thanks

The controller can not "slowly close down" the damper because it can only switch the damper on or off. And I don't think it's necessary. The controller will take care of the controlled device.
