Hi, I have two SYL-2352 PIDs and two PT100-L50NPT sensors on my system with a quick disconnect at my control panel. This weekend I was brewing and found that the temperature readings were about 10 degrees off but when I moved the quick disconnects around the readings erratically shot around upwards of 100 degrees! what would cause this and is there anything I can do to fix this and prevent it from happening again?

Something is wrong with the connector. You can open the connector to check if the solder points are still good. For the female connector, you need to unscrew the two small screws first. Then check the following video to open the connector.
