I have a program with a set of steps:
1. preheat smoker to a set temp
2. wait at set temp for 10 min and start smoke generator
3. smoke until meat hits a specific temp

Is there a way to force moving from step 2 to step 3 on demand?
I can't find a way to force the program to the next step manually.

Can someone tell me if the Android/Ios app for the WiFi 2342 can program multiple steps similar to the dspr320 for step mashing in brewing ?

Yes, EZboil/DSPR series controllers are designed to drive pure resistive type, electric heating elements (using SSRs), not gas/propane heaters.

I got my question answered. The DSPR320 will only work for electric systems. I was hoping to automate my step mashes.

Hi all. I'm trying to use the DSPR320 to control my step mash. I have a 3 vessel system and will never use this pid for the boil, only the mash. I have AL1 wired and programmed as a relay. When I hit run, it fires the solenoid and the spark igniter like it should. I have the hy set for 2. if mash temp is set for 152 and i hit run, it will fire the gas and heat to 154 and shut off, like it should, but then it never turns back on again. I'm sure I have something programmed wrong, I just can't find what it may be. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I've installed a basic PID (no pre-infusion) on my Rancilo Silva three days ago. Worked like a charm initially.
This am, after 2 successful shots, the brew and steam buttons are not working:
. the boiler warms up correctly to 105C
. I can get hot water with a good stream
. all the wires/connections seem to be correct (none are dislodged)
. the jumpers in the machine and the SSR are ok

Any suggestions ??

For SYL-2352, when its front OUT is ON, you should get about 12V DC between T7&T8. When OUT is OFF, you should get about 0V. If you get this result, your PID is good. So either your SSR is bad, or your heater is bad, or your wiring is bad.

I've replaced the PID to the 2352. When I apply power, I get standard start-up display.  I've set the SV to 1550Fand the output light comes on.  However, the PV does not increase.  It's been rewired with new coils installed and my multimeter indicates I've got 240v at the coil input, but it's not heating.  "?"

You used the wrong app. You need to use Aubersmart for SYL-2615 controller. Auberwifi app is not compatible. Also, SYL-2615 will not generate SSID during the setup process.
