One of my first Sous Vide PID's were a 1500C and I still use it very often - latest with an minioven (bought another probe for that use).  Now I notice Auber sells a kit for tempeture control of a grill and it looks really nice.

I was thinking if I could use my existing 1500C as the PID and if Auber had a fan/blower that I could connect to it ? All it would really take would probably be a 12V AC with the correct connecter for the BL-20 model ?

You just need an AC to 12V DC power adapter (should be a good one) and a blower. plug the adapter to the output socket of the controller. Also, you may need to use a sensor05 for your controller
