Hello. I installed a brewing temperature control kit. The brewing temperature is set to 102C because, according to your table, this corresponds to 93C water temperature. After 20-25 minutes I brew the first shot, after 5 minutes the second, everything is fine. Then the machine continues to standby and steadily shows 102C on the controller display. After 30 minutes, when trying to brew coffee, a lot of steam comes out from the head of the group, even if you skip it there is quite a lot of water. It continues to hiss and evaporate steam. It seems that it is overheated.
