I wanted to share this instruction by redlace on how to get an internal mounting of the Auber PID and possibly get comments and even more ideas on how to do it:

I would however recommend a boiler insulation kit to reduce the temperature facing the projectbox and PID when mounted internally in the Silvia.
(redlace claims to have had no heat issues but better to be safe than to end up with a overheated PID)
