Hi I'm having a bit of an emergency I'm in the middle of a process here and my controller stopped working
What happened was I was running my program as usual and in the middle of it, the heating element stopped working. I tested the element and the plug both have continuity I even got a new element and nothing. The controller is syl-2352p 30 step ramp soak, so the issue is it's reading the output LED as on, but for some reason it's not turning on the element. I'm at a complete loss at this point I have no idea what to do. I'm already in over my head with this thing it's so complex. Hope someone can help thank you so much

Solved the issue
SSR burnt out on a single connection, was reading everything else except not giving power.
