I am running a test run on the new controller, and using the factory settings:
P - 45
I - 1200
D - 75
T - 15s

I am also using a second temp probe to see how they are tracking using a different meter (my old heatermeter).

I drastically overshooting, then drastically undershooting. It has also happened that it stayed closed for so long and didn't trigger the fan for so long the coals went out and had to be re-lit. What setting do I need to adjust?
