I have the AW-1510H and a heavily modified MES-40.  In auto tune, it seems to default to the last cab and meat temps in use.  Should I enter my usual/desired smoking and finish temps before starting auto tune?  Probably a stupid question but I considered that there may be standard parameters that are pre-programmed.Thanks for any help!

The auto-tune is based on your cabinet probe (probe #1). Before you start your auto-tune, please set your first step target temperature as your typical cooking temperature, and set step 1 end by time, like half an hour (this time doesn't really matter during the auto-tune though). The meat temperature is not needed during the auto-tune, but you can plug it into your controller if you like.
