I just installed the PID (KIT:GGP) on my Gaggia Classic Pro, and everything powered on fine and pulled espresso with the pre-infusion program just fine. But the kit seems to have disabled several functions.  I was also able to steam without any problem.  The operation instructions that came with the installation download say that I should be able to pull espresso with the brew button as normal, but when I press it, nothing happens.  Similarly I'm not able to pull hot water through the stream wand when the brew and steam buttons are both pressed.  Is it possible I mis-wired something or are these functions intentionally disabled?

Something wrong with your installation. If installed properly, for KIT-GGP, press the timer key once to start the brew shot cycle.
