I have a Pro Smoker PK-100 smoker with the WST-1510H controller attached. When smoking snack sticks I have three hanging sticks Front, Middle, Back. I have an issue with the Middle row not getting up to temperature at the same rate as the front and back rows. I tried to add your fan kit and placed it in the back left corner of the smoker. I the ran another batch of snack sticks and found that by the fan in the bottom back of the smoker it blows the air up the back wall and now the back row of snack stick get way over done, the middle is still not done and the front seems fine. Do you have any pointers on fan placement to even out the temperature within the smoker. I thought of placing the fan in the center top of the smoker blowing down the center to try and distribute the heat from top to bottom instead of bottom to top. I hate to keep drilling holes in my expensive smoker.
