I have two of your Aw-wst-1510 Wifi units one controlling a Masterbuilt and the other controlling a Pro Smoker PK-100. I was wondering if there were any thoughts of building into the program a feature for setting a certain time that a program starts at? I usually hang my snack sticks in the smoker and allow them to come to room temperature and then start the program.. It would be a great feature if I could set the program to start at a specific time,

This controller doesn't have this delayed on timer. But here is a walkaround solution. You can set step 1 as the delay step. Set the step 1 temperature below your ambient temperature, and set the step 1 timer as your delayed time.

In this controller, you can also manually start or stop the program by its front keypad or app. See section 4.1.3 on page 15 of its manual:
