Can someone explain to me the differences between the Auber WSD-1200GPH and the Auber WSD-1203CPH

WSD-1203CPH is discontinued and replaced by WSD-1200GPH (current model). Both controllers have the same power rating 1440W/120V. WSD-1200GPH uses a better temperature sensors (PT1000 RTD) which is more accurate and durable than the probes we used in WSD-1203CPH (thermistor). WSD-1200GPH also has some new features, like recipes, one-key factory reset.
