BrewBuddy not turning on - has power to contactor

I recently received and built the BrewBuddy II unit. Today, after running wire and installing GFI I went to turn on the unit for the first time. Nothing happens. I checked power at the outlet. I've got 240 V across red and black wires, 120 V across white and red and black.

When the plug is installed into the BrewBuddy I have 240 V across the bottom hot contacts on Contactor; 120 V white across red & black. When I check on the top of the contactor the voltage has dropped. I get not lights, or voltage or amp readings when the unit is energized.

Any thoughts on how to tackle this to see where the fault lies? Could it be as simple as a faulty contactor?

Thank you in advance.

I was able to do a deep dive today and ran through all of the connections w/ multimeter and found the error. Unit fired up after straightening out some wiring. Now, I've got to learn the DSPR320 to run the mash and boil parameters.
