Hi, I was very happy with my PID controller until the brew button started to not work periodically. I was still able to use it for controlling the temperature and would start the pump directly on the machine. It was working again last week and today not working again, I tried to touch the buttons to make it work (it happened once), I raised the temperature up and realized the down button wasn't working too. I raised the temperature all the way up hoping for a rollover but now it's just stuck on top and I can't lower it back.
I unmounted the controller, checked the continuity of the buttons and they are physically working.
Is it something that happened so some of you?
Is there someone out there who would be able to help me fix the controller or do I have to buy a new one?
It's just three years old, I'd really like to fix it.

Based on your description, the keypad on your controller is not reliable. Sorry about that. Due to its compact design, it is not worthy to repair it. You can contact Auber customer support to order the replacement controller.
