   I already have a STC-1000 conroller for one fermenter. I would like to get another PID  to controll heating and cooliing similer to the STC-1000 that would fit into a Box from Aubern. I lke Aubern products and would like to stay with them.

If I'm right, STC-1000 is not a PID controller. It is an ON/OFF controller.

For fermentation control, TD120A/TD130-W controller are recommended. Both are dual-channel plug-n-play controllers. One output socket is for cooling unit and another output socket is for heating unit. "Both heating and cooling control modes are simple on/off control. It is similar to the control mode of mechanical thermostat but with much higher precision due to the adjustable hysteresis band, precision sensor and digital read out." Also it uses better temperature sensor than STC-1000.
