Hey, I have a bradley original got your PID for it worked great. Upgraded the element and the wiring to 900w. I ran a test and the controller seems to work fine but the probe temp and cabinet temp have a discrepancy of 15-20 degrees as per two other probes. I have cleaned the probes, ran a reset twice. Two auto tunes and it still consistently reads 15-20 degrees off actual. The probe and wire seem fine, they are a month old. The resistance of the probe is around 1100 ohms.

Solved. Took the probe inside to test it overnight and the warmth of the house must of dried it out. Works perfectly now. So word of warning, these probes are extremely sensitive to ANY moisture. I am happy to have found the issue, to be honest this probe should come with some sort of seal or insulation to stop this being so prevalent. Happy smoking all!

Another tip is, you can also bake this probe in kitchen oven at 120F for about 4-5 hours.
