I'm through most of my first cook using the 2615 with the app on my iPhone.  I'm doing a large brisket on my Kamado Joe - Big Joe.  As a test, I exported the cook data from the app and was rather surprised to find it only exported the last 10 hours of data versus the entire cook.  This is unfortunate as this brisked (low and slow) will be at least a 14-hour cook.

Is there a way to extend the 10 hours of data stored that I can export a whole long cook?

Unfortunately, SYL-2615 can only record the latest at most 10 hours cooking data. It is due to the memory size of the controller. Unfortunately, you cannot increase this limit at this time. For more details, please contact Auber customer support.
