I've tried connecting my SYL-2615 through the subject line router and am unable to connect. Is there a UDP port forwarding address range I need to add for the controller? If so, what is the port range? Thanks much for any time spared. I've used this before and love it!

Please make sure UDP port 16384 and 1812 on your router are open/available. Typically you don't have to set any speical on your router, but if you are using strict security firewall, please make sure those ports are open.
