I had WiFi connected and the app was working. I decided to reset to the factory settings and do another auto tune. I have a MES 40" and wanted to give the Thanksgiving turkey the best outcome with my WSD-1500H-W controller.

My WiFi won't connect now on my phone or tablet.

I hope someone has some idea about what's going on.

Have you changed anything on your router side?

If no, please move your controller closer to your router, or move your router closer to your controller and try it again. The controller could be in the poor coverage of your router, so it won't be connected.

During the setup, make sure the WIFI indicator on the controller is fast blinking, and make sure your phone is connected to 2.4Ghz WIFI.

I found the issue. I had changed my password to a more secure one and forget that we can't use special characters in the passwords.

That fixed the issue. I have another thread in a different section and I will be adding another question to that.
