Hi, I recently finished wiring my control panel and ran an autotune the night before my brew day and everything worked perfectly. Got everything ready to go the next day and had nothing but problems. I set my temp and the PID just goes wacky. Is this the PID or my temp probe? (Liquid Tight RTD Sensor, 4" probe, Weldless Fitting, M14) Here is a video of whats going on.

Have you run auto-tune recently? What is your current P, I and D values?

For homebrew, you can try I = 350, P = 40 and D = 2. You can try this settings and see if your reading issue remains or not.
