How do I change the high temp alarm on the syl-2615?

You can change high temperature alarm on its keypad or on the App.

On its keypad: Long press SET key, go to "control config" and change parameter AH (PIT) (high alarm for pit temperature) or AH (Food) (high alarm for food temperature).

On the app: Click on configuration button on the right top of App, then choose "control settings". Then you can change high alarm for pit temperature or high alarm for food temperature there.

Well, it depends on your preferred smoking temperature, such as 225F.
