I'm leaning toward purchasing Model: WSD-1501GPH to control my Masterbuilt smoker. Since this PID controller controls a 110V output I was wondering if I could also use this output to control the snap-on blower with power supply to maintain and regulate temp in a Big Green Egg. I know this is over kill as there is a cheaper solution (Model: SYL-1615SYS-G) for temp control on the egg but the primary use would be for the Masterbuilt. Any thoughts on this. Thanks

Yes, actually you can. You can plug a 12VDC adapter to the output socket on the 1501GPH. But probably the PID settings need to be tuned for the BGE.
