I just built a offset wood charcoal smoker out of a 325 gallon propane tank.  Fire box is 30 x 30 x 25.  What unit do I buy and will the fan be strong enough or do you sell a unit with 2 fans..  Thanks in advance for any help you can offer

Thanks for posting your question here.

A 325 gallon propane tank is huge compare to other commonly seen charcoal smokers. We have no experience on that but here is what we know.

For a offset smoker with approximately 24'' x 24'' x 22'' fire box, a 20 CFM or higher blower is recommended. So you probably can go with 2 fans.

Under 12Vdc, two Auber's 20 CFM blower will draw about 0.75A current. Our the SYL-1615 controller can drive 2 x 20 CFM fans. But it only has one output port, so you will need to find or make a cable that split from connector into two connectors.

Please let us know if you have other questions.
