hi folks,

Like it says above, I'm trying to use a SYL-1813 with a 4-20ma, 10-30vdc input pressure transducer from dwyer (626-10-GH-P1-E1-S1).   It is a two wire sensor.

Can anyone help me figure out how to set this up?

Thanks

Sharron

Thanks for posting your question here. We are not sure about this pressure sender. Ours all have three wires. But I find the manual of this pressure sender:
http://www.dwyer-inst.com/PDF_files/IS626_iom.pdf

So I think you can try wiring it to our gauge like this:
Connect +12Vdc to our gauge's terminal 1; -12Vdc ground to terminal 2. Split a wire from terminal 1 to the red wire of the sender (+12Vdc), then connect the black wire from the sender to the terminal 7 of the gauge. You also need to jump a wire between terminal 6 and terminal 2.

For parameters, set Inty to "4-20", you also need to set PuL and PuH to 0 and 100 respectively.

Hope it will work. Let us know how it goes.

Thanks for the reply.  I tried this.  It seems to work well.  I'm going to get out a reference gauge to be sure that there isn't some offset toward the 100psig end of the range.  I'll let you know what I find.  The 0 psig is right on.

Thanks again

I compared the results to a precision gauge and every thing checks out.

Thanks again for the help.  It was just what I needed.
