Hi,
I got the SYL-2362A PID Controller and the manual. This is very confusing though. I don't even manage to change from Fahrenheit to Celsius on the Controller.

Is there  a more simple setup guide for simple Sous Vide setup? And I also want to use the same PID to control to handle the degrees in my out door smoker cabinet . I have 2 PID Controllers and 2 different probes for water, smoker heat and core temp of meat in smoker.

There is also ways to setup programs for customising the cocking. I don't find that.
