Title: AW-SYL-2352 Notifications (AuberWifi)
Post by: bcarp on February 04, 2024, 11:12:53 PM
Hello all,

I have a wifi wood stove thermometer AW TMB Deluxe, using PID controller AW-SYL-2352 and I can only get alarm notifications to my iPhone when the PV of the unit and alarms are set at  less than 100f.  At or Above 100f the alarms will show when on the app or on the box itself but will not be sent (or registered?) by the phone. I've been in touch with help and adjusted all my notification settings but nothing has changed.

Anyone else seen this or have any suggestions?

Thanks very much

Unfortunately, I cannot reproduce your issue on my end. The high alarm & push still work when ALM1 is below 100F.

I Can only get them to work below 100f, never had one come through above 99f.

I just tried it when alarm is set over 100F and it didn't work neither. I will report it to Auber team then.

I got a response from Auber team. This bug was fixed in the new firmware update. Please use update the firmware in the Auberwifi app. Please go to the app's Device page, tap the Version tab, and tap OK to continue.
