First post here. Just installed the PID on my Gaggia Classic Pro. Looking for a standard process for making a couple lattes, back to back, to get started. Should I pull two double shots and then steam milk? How much milk; enough for two drinks, or steam twice? Should I make a full latte first and then start over making the second latte, etc.? Hoping some one can help. I'm a 1, 2, 3... type.
